JOB TRAINING
In Infomedia, we have a series of job training which include new-employee training, on-the-job training, off-job training, and oversea training, to match up with every phase during the organization development of Infomedia. Those training programs enable the enrichment of knowledge and the improvement in the skill of our employees that made them more qualified for their work. Other advantage includes improving working efficiency to achieve the target of the corporation or the employees themselves.
Institution of Promotion
In order to make the best possible uses of the potential of employees in Infomedia, we have duel-track promotion channel: “management and specialty”, which runs in parallel with the job training in order to assist all the employees to plan their future career in correspondence with the future direction of the organizational development.
You may not have the specific personality to be a professional manager or director in your division, but you will always have the opportunities to become an excellent specialist in Infomedia.
MERIT SYSTEM
Achieving your own target is equivalent to being positive about yourself. In Infomedia, we implement MBO, Management by Objective, and keep on track of individuals rates of performance on a half of year basis. The performance evaluation system will assist the employees to correct any possible mistakes that might contribute to bad performances and every employee could be a winner in the areas that they are responsible for. At the end of the third month of new employee trial period, we also carry out performance evaluation to help the new employees become familiar with the operating systems and environment in Infomedia. They will also be given the opportunities for adjusting the level of salary or wage immediately after the three months trial period.
